When your order leaves us
Orders of up to 20 items are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days. Larger orders take longer to prepare: up to 100 items within 7 working days, and above that within 10 working days.
Total delivery time is dispatch time plus transit time. The transit figures below are counted from the day your parcel leaves the warehouse, not from the day you order.

Carriers and tracking
Orders travel with FedEx. Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Where we can deliver
We deliver to every country in the European Union except Cyprus and Malta.
We can only deliver to mainland addresses. Our carriers do not serve islands or offshore territories, and we cannot ship via mail-forwarding services. Cyprus and Malta are therefore not available at checkout, and we are unable to accept orders to island regions such as the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia and the Greek islands. If you place an order to one of these island addresses, we will contact you and refund it in full.
A local phone number is required
Please give a phone number in the destination country at checkout. Our EU carriers need a reachable local number to arrange delivery, and a missing or incorrect number is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
Taxes and duties
Every order is shipped within the European Union with all taxes paid, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
Changing your address
Tell us within 24 hours of ordering at info@lixirstore.com and we will do our best, though we cannot promise it, because orders move into production quickly. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can arrange a new address or delivery time directly with the carrier, who will contact you on the delivery day.
If delivery fails
If the carrier cannot deliver, they hold the parcel briefly and notify us. We will contact you to confirm the details, so please reply quickly. If the parcel is not collected or redirected in time it is returned to the warehouse. Returned parcels can be re-shipped once we have confirmed someone will be available to accept them. Get in touch at info@lixirstore.com and we will arrange it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you do not have it, email info@lixirstore.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the items and the outer box. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. See our Refund policy for the full detail.
